About the event
An intimate educational sake tasting led by Wine, Spirits & Caviar Sommelier, Wellie Liao -owner of Obscure Wine Company, will be intentionally paired with a five course sushi tasting menu by Chef David of Aja 30A. We will begin our journey through sake at Obscure Wine Company & end the night with a beautiful walk over to Aja for dessert & after party with DJ.
Tickets are $185 per person plus tax & gratuity.
To enhance your experience you may add a VIP caviar flight of 4 of the best sturgeon species available, along with a glass of Krug Champagne. This is an additional $300 add-on & may be shared.
Other food & drink options will be available for purchase during the event for your pleasure.
