About the event
The "How to blind taste" course will show you how to use your sense of taste along with your olfaction to determine the aromas & flavors in a wine & deduct what those terms mean. A deduction sheet that professional sommeliers use as a guide will be provided along with a comparison tasting flight.
Your instructor, Wellie is a sommelier with credentials through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, 3iC Italian wine specialist & certification in winemaking in viticulture from U.C. Davis.
