Have you ever wanted to really talk about wine? Interested in the history of wine? Know characteristics of wine by region? How to properly taste wine?
The beginner's wine course will cover the basics of winemaking & history of wine, how to properly open & serve a bottle, the noble varieties & their distinguishing characteristics, how to properly taste wine. The beginner's course includes a wine tasting flight.
Wellie is a sommelier with credentials through the Court of Master Sommeliers America, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, 3iC Italian Wine Specialist, Certification in Winemaking & Viticulture from University of California, Davis.
